Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and submit a return request through the 'My Orders' section within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Await Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes and schedule a pickup or drop-off using the provided return labels; please note that return shipping fees will apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
